Service Description

Individual therapy can be booked after completing the below intake form: https://form.jotform.com/252311596684362 Or please get in touch via email at info@cogspsychotherarpy.com or by using the contact form at the bottom of the website. Once completed, I will get in touch to arrange your first assessment session. Assessment sessions are 50 minutes, there is an option to do a shorter 30 minute assessment, or an extended 80-90 minute session. Please get in touch to discuss these options.
