Service Description
The last two months of the year can be a challenging time for many people, with more focus on food, alcohol, social events, family, hosting, holidays, routine changes, and much more. This values led mindfulness group will facilitate you to connect with yourself, others and your values. We will go through some mindfulness techniques that help us be less driven by our thoughts and feelings, and more by our values. We’ll look at values and how we can create goals/ actions in line with these values over the coming weeks. If weather permits, and there is interest from the group, we can incorporate nature and movement outside into the session. Through guided mindfulness, gentle reflection, and discussion, you’ll: ✨ Connect with your values 🌾 Explore how to bring more intention into daily life 🕯️ Leave feeling grounded, calm, and aligned Hot drinks provided. Cancellation Policy
Group mindfulness sessions: Once booking has been confirmed, you will receive information to pay for the session. Cash payments are accepted, but an online non-refundable booking deposit of 15 Euro will be due on acceptance of booking.
